The cabin is located between Nashville & Bloomington Indiana, high on a ridge top above Lake Lemon. With stunning winter lake views and summer gardens nestled in the forest the site is magical. Rent a Kayak or Pontoon down at the Marina, hike one of the many scenic trails nearby, venture out to Nashville for food, fun, shopping or live entertainment. Visit several wineries minutes from the cabin. Catch an IU game, attend a festival or enjoy international cuisine.
This is the perfect space for romantic couples, adventure seeking friends, small groups or anyone wanting to experience a new level of peace.

Notes
1.  Minimum age to book this property is 25 years of age.  Please be prepared proof with ID. Â
2.  All guests must provide ID, email, names and intent of stay.
3.  The cabin has several areas of concern for little ones to navigate safely. b.  There is a frog pond 4' deep near the cabin, a balcony and a loft causing concern.
4.  I do not allow pets, smoking, vaping, parties, illegal drugs, hunting or events. Â
5.  Please be aware of the setting deep in the forest. a.  It's not uncommon to see or encounter bugs, snakes, & rodents. b.  The cabin is exterminated routinely keeping to a minimum. c.  There may be wasps, bees, flies, spiders & any other possible unmentioned bug.Â
6.  No refunds will be issued after check-in. Â
7.  Power outages, flooding, excessive snow  and inclement weather are always a possibility. Â
8.  4 wheel drive or front wheel drive at minimum is recommended for winter driving. Â
9. When booking this property you are accepting the rental conditions.
10. There is a 2 night minimum booking Friday-Sunday and Holidays. October per discretion 3 night minimum.Â
